STATEMENT OF WORK: WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

DIME Marketing will design and develop a professional, fully branded website for Corbin First Class Transportation — a premium chauffeur service founded by NFL player Jashaun Corbin in the Orlando, Florida area. The website will serve as the primary digital storefront for the business, enabling customers to learn about the service, understand pricing, and complete bookings online.

The goal is to deliver a polished, trust-building digital presence ahead of Orlando's peak summer tourist season — positioning Corbin First Class Transportation for growth with individual clients, hotel partnerships, and corporate accounts in the greater Orlando / Space Coast market.

The engagement covers brand baseline establishment, full website design in Figma, and complete development and launch of the following pages and features.

Brand Baseline & Asset Review
  • Brand Audit: Review all client-supplied assets — logo files, color references, existing materials.
  • Brand Guidelines: Define final color palette (black & white primary), typography selection, and tone-of-voice for all website copy.
  • Copy Direction: DIME Marketing will draft initial website copy based on client-provided information; client provides final approval.
Website Design (Figma)
  • Full Mockup: Desktop and mobile mockup of all website pages in Figma — up to 2 rounds of revisions included before development begins.
  • Client Approval: Design must be signed off before development commences.
Website Development
  • Homepage: Hero section with brand statement, service highlights, and primary call-to-action to book.
  • About Us Page: Jashaun Corbin's personal brand story — Florida roots, NFL career (Giants, Patriots), and the Corbin First Class mission.
  • Services & Pricing Page: Breakdown of one-way transfer and hourly booking options, sample routes (e.g., Cocoa Beach → Orlando International), and published price list.
  • Online Booking System: Calendar-based booking plugin allowing customers to view real-time availability, select service type (one-way or hourly), input pickup/dropoff details, and complete a payment or security deposit. Includes configurable grace period between bookings for single-vehicle operations.
  • FAQ Page: Addresses driver background checks, vehicle maintenance standards, late pickup policies, security deposit and damage terms, and insurance information.
  • Corporate & Group Inquiry Form: Dedicated form for hotels, event organizers, and corporate clients to request large-group or recurring transport arrangements.
  • Contact Page: Business contact details, service area reference, and social media links.
Launch & Post-Build Deliverables
  • QR Code Asset: Branded QR code linking to the live website, sized and exported for business card and social media use.
  • Domain Connection: Connect client-owned domain to the live site, SSL confirmation, and cross-browser/mobile QA testing.
  • Scalability Architecture: Site built to support future fleet additions, driver profiles, and service tier updates as minor content updates — not full rebuilds.
